Motion sensor games (virtual reality games)
Children with Autism ADHD, LD, and CP etc have multiple difficulties in the performance of one or more areas of life such as play, self care or activities of daily living, resulting in the lack of learning which hampers the development of children. Any of these conditions affect motor, sensory, cognitive, perceptual, social, communication and behavior skills of the children. Though the Traditional occupational therapy programs are focusing on these aspects , it is difficult to motivate patients to regularly perform these exercises especially at home without therapist's supervision. Virtual reality based developed motion sensor games could therefore be an interesting option to motivate children to perform specific exercises for the improvement of such skills.
